- 50 push ups, 50 crunches
- Run 1 mile -treadmill, 7 mph, .5 incline
- 25 push ups, 25 crunches

- Height - 5'10"
- Weight - 206 lbs
- Waist - 39"
- BMI - 29.6
- Waist to Height ratio - 0.56
- Body Fat - 24.1
- Lean Body Mass - 156.3 lbs
