OK, time to get serious. The snow is melting and I feel spring coming. I volunteered at a XC ski race on the weekend and it got me in the mood for competition. I've devised a training schedule that I should be able to live with, and I'm trying to eat right. I'm pumped, I'm psyched, I'm ready to go. I just need to get St. Paddy's Day out of the way. I'm not a drinker, I'm a musician, and I'm playing at a local pub, so most of my spare time this week is spent rehearsing. Come on summer!
