Start Line

This is where I start my road to becoming fit.
Today's workout was:
  • Run 1 mile -treadmill, 7 mph, .5 incline
  • 50 push ups, 50 crunches
  • Run 1 mile -treadmill, 7 mph, .5 incline
  • 25 push ups, 25 crunches

My stats as of today:

  • Height - 5'10"
  • Weight - 206 lbs
  • Waist - 39"
  • BMI - 29.6
  • Waist to Height ratio - 0.56
  • Body Fat - 24.1
  • Lean Body Mass - 156.3 lbs
