Wednesday, January 24, 2007   Tri-Clinic Just got word this morning that I'll be attending my first triathlon clinic on Sunday. There's swimming with instruction, indoor biking with set up info, and a running clinic. There will also be a yoga for athletes class, which I'm looking forward to, since my stretching needs help.
