You may notice that I've changed from the title "Triathlon Lad" to "Hammer's Tri Bootcamp". The truth is, the original title was off the top of my head, just to get the page rolling. It was never meant to be permenant.
Hammer has been my nickname since college. It's almost my real name now, since I am rarely addressed by my own name. The boot camp part is my military buff side. I've never served, but I am an amature military historial, and I draw motivation from military subjects. I often listen to cadence when I run.
So this is my new launch, for what it's worth. Hopefully it pushes me to post more.
