I felt like a long run yesterday, so I loaded Kahuna's latest podcast into the mp3 player, and headed out on a 10K run (long for me). I wanted to experiment with Galloway's run/walk method. Lo and behold, by running 3min and walking 1min, my time was 2 minutes faster than a straight run!
And as if to reward me, the Gods gave me a fire to fight that night. From 12:30 until 05:00 I worked like a dog. So sleep was welcomed this morning.
